BRIEF:

I was invited to participate in The Big Fake Wedding Baltimore during the summer of 2015. The Big Fake Wedding is a bridal show alternative complete with a vow renewal, dinner, and reception where brides-and-grooms-to-be can browse different wedding vendors and their work. My contribution to the show was to create the wedding program for the event.

SOLUTION:

After receiving a mood board for the show that followed a farmhouse theme, I decided to create a watercolor program that accentuated the "sweet and sentimental" vibe for the event. Bright fuchsia and orange watercolor adds a soft touch to the overall program and helps aim the focus towards the content. A small tag incorporating the bride and groom's initials was added to provide a personal, handcrafted feel to the piece. The Big Fake Wedding Baltimore was published on Ruffled shortly after the event.
